Ingredients
1 cup mixed greens
1⁄4 recipe prepared Classic Greek Salad
2 English cucumbers
2 bell peppers
1⁄2 small red onion
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1⁄2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1⁄2 cup crumbled low-fat feta cheese
1⁄4 cup Greek Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
3 tbsp olive oil

4 oz (1⁄2 cup) Chicken Souvlaki, cubed and cooked
1 yellow bell pepper
1 small red onion
2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp each lemon juice and olive oil
1 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
8 pitas, optional
1⁄2 cup cooked chickpeas
Preparation
In a serving bowl, arrange greens, salad, chicken, and chickpeas and serve.
