Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large head of broccoli
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 12 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, divided
  • 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. Dice peppers. Coarsely chop broccoli. Cut tomato into wedges. Place all veggies in Multipurpose Steamer. Sprinkle with Spinach Dip Mix; stir to coat.
  2. Cut chicken into four pieces. Place on top of veggies; sprinkle with 1⁄2 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix.
  3. Cover; microwave on high 5 min or until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine yogurt with remaining 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix.
  5. Place chicken and veggies on plates. Top each with a dollop of yogurt sauce.
