Make these ahead of time – marinade in dressing the day before. The day of, easily grill these tasty mini kebabs. The perfect addition to a Greek-inspired Mezze board. Serve with Dillicous Tzatzki and Greek Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (675 g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into 32 pieces
  • 1 cup Greek Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Skewer chicken, 4 cubes per skewer. (If using bamboo skewers soak in water for several hours to prevent burning.)
  2. Marinate 45 minutes or more. Grill over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
