Greek Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs or 8 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 14 cup Dillicious Tzatziki, prepared
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 12 English cucumber
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 (10 in/25 cm) whole-grain tortillas, warmed
  • 1 red pepper, sliced in strips
  • 13 cup drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 14 cup low-fat feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk eggs, 3 Onion Dip Mix, Black Pepper, and Tzatziki.
  2. Lightly grease fry pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until eggs are set.
  3. Top tortillas with pepper, artichokes, feta, and egg mixture. Roll tightly and serve hot.
