Greek Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs or 8 egg whites, beaten

  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 14 cup Dillicious Tzatziki, prepared

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

  • 12 English cucumber

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 4 (10 in/25 cm) whole-grain tortillas, warmed

  • 1 red pepper, sliced in strips

  • 13 cup drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts

  • 14 cup low-fat feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
  • In a mixing bowl, using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk eggs, 3 Onion Dip Mix, Black Pepper, and Tzatziki.

  • Lightly grease fry pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until eggs are set.

  • Top tortillas with pepper, artichokes, feta, and egg mixture. Roll tightly and serve hot.
