Fire up the grill to make mouth-watering, better than take-out burgers all season long! Top with better-for-you Big Burger Sauce for the best burger of your life.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Burger Seasoning or Beef & Steak Seasoning
  • 14 cup light mayonnaise
  • 12 tbsp Big Burger Sauce
  • 12 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp relish
  • 4 buns, split and toasted

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. In a bowl, combine beef with egg and seasoning. Form into four patties.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed, 4 min per side or until an instant-read thermometer reads 160° F.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise with sauce mix, ketchup, and relish.
  5. Tuck patties into buns and serve with sauce and toppings.
