Ingredients

  • 4 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mango Lassi Mix
  • 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 14 cup chia seeds
  • 14 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir together yogurt and mix.
  2. In four glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut until glasses are filled to the top.
