In a mug, add tea bags and milk. Microwave for 2 min. Add honey, if desired. Steep for 10 min. Remove tea bags and refrigerate tea until cool, about 20 min.
Add chilled tea and ice cream to blender. Blend until creamy. Add ice if necessary.
Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
