Golden Couscous

Ingredients

  • 2 14 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp Spanish saffron
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 12 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 14 cup golden raisins
  • 1 12 cup instant couscous
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a Multipurpose Pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in couscous, cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff gently with fork. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper.
