Goddess Nourish Bowl

Fit for a goddess, this nourish bowl will have you glowing on the inside and out. For perfect quinoa every time, combine 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; cook on high 12 min, or until tender. Bonus! Stir 1 tbsp SPG Seasoning or Broth Mix into the Steamer, too.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked quinoa
  • 4 cups lentils, beans, or peas, cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
  • 6 cups veggies, your choice, cooked or raw
  • 4 cups kale, shredded
  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, roasted
  • 34 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing or Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • Sea Salt, optional
  • Black Pepper, optional
  • Poke Bowl Topper Blend, or sesame seeds, optional

Preparation

  1. Arrange first five ingredients in four serving bowls.
  2. Drizzle with dressing.
  3. Sprinkle with Poke Bowl Topper Blend or sesame seeds and enjoy!
