Gluten-Free Rosemary Crackers

Try substituting sesame, sunflower, or chia seeds in place of the flax seeds…or a combo of all three!

Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 14 cup flax seeds
  • 14 cup roasted sesame or sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • 34 cup warm water

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the oil and enough water for dough to form.
  4. Press into a Sheet Pan, forming a thin, even layer.
  5. Bake for 20–30 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. When cool enough to touch, gently break into pieces. Crackers will crisp slightly as they cool and can also be re-crisped in the oven.
