Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon, or chai spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 cup low-fat milk
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 14 tsp Sea Salt
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a lightly oiled 8 x 4-inch rectangular loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until lightly golden, and a toothpick or knife tip comes out clean when inserted.
