Easy gluten-free soda bread recipe made in 8 minutes. Freezes well.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Spinach Dip Mix

Preparation

  1. Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the next five ingredients.
  3. Combine wet mixture with dry mixture to form a loose batter.
  4. Pour batter into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer. Sprinkle top with Spinach Dip Mix.
  5. Microwave, without lid, for 5–8 minutes or until there are no remaining gooey spots.
  6. Remove from steamer and let cool before slicing.
