Preparation
Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the next five ingredients.
Combine wet mixture with dry mixture to form a loose batter.
Pour batter into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer. Sprinkle top with Spinach Dip Mix.
Microwave, without lid, for 5–8 minutes or until there are no remaining gooey spots.
Remove from steamer and let cool before slicing.
