Ginger Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning or Vegetable Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 12 lbs (675 g) raw shrimp
  • Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or sea salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sweet pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 green onion, sliced - optional

Preparation

  1. Stir together first 7 ingredients.
  2. Season shrimp with sea salt and pepper. Heat oil in Wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, pepper and ginger. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through.
  3. Stir sauce, then pour into wok. Simmer for 1 minute, until sauce is thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in green onion.
