Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 cup rice
1 1⁄2 cups Vegetable Broth or Nourish Broth, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, covered, for 12–15 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
