Ginger Rice

Any time you want to jazz up your meal with a fragrant, zesty twist, reach for ginger rice. It’s a great sidekick for grilled chicken and stir-fried veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 12 cups Vegetable Broth or Nourish Broth, prepared

  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 12 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.

  • Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, covered, for 12–15 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

  • Fluff with a fork and serve.
