A light & airy version of lemon curd, with a little fiery kick thanks to our secret ingredient: crystalized ginger! Look for it in the bulk section of your grocery store.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 cup lemon curd
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pkg Luscious Lemon Curd Mix
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter, optional
  • 2 tbsp crystallized ginger

Preparation

  1. Whip whipping cream with vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Fold in lemon curd and crystallized ginger. Spoon into individual serving glasses. Chill and serve.
