Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Gazpacho Seasoning
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 cup water

Preparation

  1. In a blender or food processor, purée seasoning with tomatoes, vinegar, and oil.
  2. Gradually pulse in water to desired consistency.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours before serving; garnish with toppings as desired.
