Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A healthy and delicious alternative to traditional mashed potatoes made with cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 23 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes Approximately 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain in removable colander, and return to pot. Cover, and set aside.
  2. Heat milk with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
  3. Mash or whip potatoes until lump-free. Add milk mixture and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
