These bars tick off all the school snack boxes: nut free, dairy-free, and gluten-free (make sure to use GF oats). This makes a big batch – freeze what you don’t use for the week for easy grab and go snacks or a quick bite for those busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend or Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 14 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 12 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Place Perfect Petites on Sheet Pan.
  2. Divide whole food topper and any additional toppings, if desired, into 30 wells in Perfect Petites.
  3. In bowl, stir oats and protein blend with apple sauce, coconut oil, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  4. Spoon mixture into Perfect Petites; press to flatten.
  5. Bake until firm, 15 min. When cool, twist pan to pop out.
