Poco Picante Salsa Mix brings the heat! Cool it down with some fruit–canned or fresh, either works. If you have the time, grill fresh fruit to take it over the top. It’s the perfect summer salsa to serve with your best tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained, or finely diced peaches or mangoes

Preparation

  1. Add Salsa Mix to diced tomatoes.
  2. Stir in fruit.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
