Frozen Yogurt Pie

A delicious, easy dessert that can be made ahead and frozen. Top with seasonal fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust, 9"
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 orange, zested and finely chopped
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Bake pie crust for about 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature while making filling.
  3. Beat cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in yogurt, orange zest and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour filling into prepared pie shell. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
