Frozen Coco Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp coconut vanilla white tea leaves
  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 14 cup sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat coconut milk and add tea leaves. Let steep for 5 minutes, strain, and chill completely.
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, mix well. Transfer the mixture to freezable container.
  3. Seal the container and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. It’s best if you can stir the yogurt around every hour or so, just to keep it soft. Once frozen, allow it to thaw a little before serving.
