1 can (19 oz/540 ml) lentils, drained and rinsed
2 cups mixed frozen veggies
2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil or unsalted butter
Instructions
In Square Steamer, combine lentils, veggies, dip mix, and oil. Cover and microwave on high 5–6 min. Stir before serving.

Tips
French lentils are a variety of small, green lentils. To cook them, add 2 1⁄4 cups dried lentils to 6 cups boiling water; reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 min, or until tender. Drain any excess water and serve immediately.
