Five Spice-crusted Salmon

Ingredients
  • 12 tsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp chives

  • 13 cup breadcrumbs

  • 4 (4 oz/115g) salmon fillets

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
  • Combine first 3 ingredients. Season salmon with Sea Salt and Pepper. Press breadcrumb mixture onto both sides of fillets.

  • Heat frying pan over medium heat; add oil and cook fillets until both sides are golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
