Fiery Asian Shrimp

Spice up your next backyard barbecue or family get-together with this delicious crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900 g) shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Dry Glaze
  • 1 tsp Cinco Pepper Blend, optional
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 recipe prepared Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 14 cup peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • crushed chilies, to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss shrimp with oil, Teriyaki Dry Glaze and Cinco Pepper Blend, if desired. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  3. Place shrimp in grill pan and grill, stirring with Grip & Grab and shaking pan often, until shrimp are cooked through and lightly charred, 10–12 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion.
  4. Turn out onto a serving platter. Fill a mini baker with Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce for dipping.
