Our take on a feast made healthier and more cost effective at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken legs, skin on
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pkg Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix
  • 1 recipe prepared Steamer Sage & Apple Stuffing
  • 1 cup apple, core removed, diced
  • 1 cup celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 2 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
  • or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 cup Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 recipe prepared Oven Fries
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp SPG Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 recipe prepared Steamed Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 cup Savoury Herb Gravy
  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Lightly coat chicken with oil.
  3. Place mix in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, shaking gently until evenly coated.
  4. Place chicken on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Cook 20–25 minutes. Food safe thermometer should register at 180 °F (82 °C).
  5. Meanwhile, keep all prepared recipes warm in steamers.
  6. Serve chicken with stuffing, fries, veggies, and gravy. Enjoy!
