Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Grand Marnier or triple sec liqueur
  • zest and juice of 1 orange

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, heat all ingredients over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, gently squishing cranberries, until it reaches a jam-like consistency, approximately 10 minutes.
