Festive Coleslaw
Ingredients
6 cups shredded green cabbage
4 cups shredded red cabbage
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1 red apple, diced, skin on
1 green apple, diced, skin on
1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
2⁄3 cup vinegar, your choice
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine cabbage, onions and apples in large bowl.
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Add to coleslaw, stirring to combine all ingredients. Sprinkle walnuts over top.
