Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Toasted Onion
  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Nacho Cheese Dip Mix
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) low-sodium diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
