1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
4 oz (110 g) grilled chicken, or protein of your choice
1 beet, steamed, cut in cubes
1⁄2 cup radish, finely sliced
1 cup carrot ribbons
2 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup baby kale or spinach
Better Than Bacon Topper or Savory Granola, to taste
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 1⁄2 cups nuts, your choice
1⁄4 cup flax, chia, or sesame seeds
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 large egg white, beaten, or 2 tbsp Tahini Sauce, optional
1⁄4 cup oil
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 - 3 tbsp Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper, Poke Bowl Topper Blend, or Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper
Instructions
Layer all items in order starting with the dressing, seal with the lid, grab a fork and napkin, and off you go!
