Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Falafel Mix
  • 12 cup hot water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Place contents of pouch in mixing bowl. Add hot water and lemon juice. Stir until combined. Let stand 10 min.
  2. Preheat large fry pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan. Cook until golden brown (on both sides).
  3. Preheat oven to 375° F. Brush a muffin pan with oil. Spoon batter onto prepared pan and bake for 10 min.
