Falafel Nourish Bowl
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup tahini paste
1⁄4 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1⁄2 English cucumber
4 cups mixed greens
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
1 recipe prepared Falafels
1 pkg Falafel Mix
1⁄2 cup hot water
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
For the sauce, purée tahini, water, lemon juice, and dip mix in a blender until smooth.
Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, slice cucumber into thin ribbons.
Divide cucumber ribbons, mixed greens, quinoa, cabbage and carrots between four bowls. Top each with three falafels. Drizzle with sauce.

Tips
