Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into 12 rings
  • 12 tbsp Super Greens Avocado Hummus, prepared
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 ripe avocados, coarsely chopped (save pits)
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 14 cup each tahini paste and freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 14 tsp Sea Salt
  • 14 cup ice water
  • olive oil and pepitas, for garnish, optional
  • Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Spread apple slices with Super Greens Avocado Hummus; generously shake on topper.
