Elderflower Cordial Tea
Some like it hot, but when it comes to refreshing bevies, we want it iced! Sweet, fresh, and floral—this caffeine-free tea is your go-to for sugar-free, summer lovin’ hydration!
Ingredients
1 cup boiling or cold water
1–2 bags Elderflower Cordial Herbal Tea Blend
Ice cubes, optional
1⁄4 cup club soda, optional
Preparation
For a hot brew, pour boiling water over tea bag. Steep 5–7 min.
For a cold brew, place tea bag in a large cup or container with a resealable lid (like a Mason jar). Pour cold water overtop. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Squeeze bag to release flavour, then discard.
Pour tea into a large glass; fill with ice and top with club soda, if using.

Tips
Make a big batch! Fill a pitcher with cold water. For every 1 cup of water, add 1–2 tea bags. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Remove tea bags and enjoy for up to 4 days!
