Ingredients
1 cup orzo pasta
1 1⁄2 cups cherry tomatoes
1⁄2 cup crumbled light feta cheese
1⁄4 cup sliced kalamata olives
1 recipe prepared El Greco Finishing Sauce, or sauce of your choice
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, cook orzo in plenty of salted boiling water until tender but firm, 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together orzo, tomatoes, feta, olives, and sauce. Season to taste.
