Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 13 cups gingersnap or graham wafer crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 pkg (8 oz /250 g) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg Eggnog Cheesecake Mix, or cheesecake mix of your choice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).
  2. Combine gingersnap or graham wafer crumbs with melted butter.Press into 9" (23 cm) springform pan, or use 2 premade crumb pie shells.
  3. Blend cream cheese with cheesecake mix until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add Greek vanilla yogurt and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
  4. Cheesecake: 40 min/Pies: 30 min. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate before serving.
