Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach Dip
  • 3 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/300g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 12 slices rye bread
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 14 red onion, sliced into rings

Preparation

  1. Spread Spinach Dip over bread.
  2. Layer egg overtop and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Top with onion rings.
