Ingredients
1 cup Spinach Dip
3 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
1 cup light sour cream or yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 pkg (10 oz/300g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
12 slices rye bread
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄4 red onion, sliced into rings
Preparation
Spread Spinach Dip over bread.
Layer egg overtop and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Top with onion rings.
