Edamame Hummus Dip

A modern twist on a delicious favourite.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp warm water
  • 2 cups Edamame beans, shelled
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 14 cup extra-virgin olive oil or sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Bring water to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and cook edamame beans for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine all ingredients and puree in food processor. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil or sesame oil, and a squeeze of lime.
