Ingredients

  • 12 cup soft goat cheese, about 4 oz (120 g)
  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice
  • 1 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 6 celery stalks, washed and trimmed

Preparation

  1. In a small food processor, add cheese, milk, yogurt, and all three dip mixes. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Spoon or pipe into celery stalks. Cut into 2" pieces. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight.
