All the delicious flavours of Extraordinary Cheese Dip rolled up in a vegetarian burrito.
Ingredients
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) low sodium black beans
2 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tsp CCB Dip Mix
2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip
1⁄2 cup warm water
1 avocado
4 large whole-grain or corn tortillas
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
Preparation
Drain and rinse beans; place in Multipurpose Steamer. Stir in dip mixes and warm water. Cover; microwave on high for 5 min.
Meanwhile, coarsely chop spinach. Pit avocado, then cut into thin slices.
Remove steamer from microwave. Uncover; using Ground Meat Separator, mash beans.
Spoon about 1⁄2 cup bean mixture onto centre of each tortilla. Top with avocado, spinach, and cheese. For each wrap, fold two sides of wrap over filling, then roll up tightly, ending seam-side down.

Tips
Warm wraps in the microwave—place back in Multipurpose Steamer and reheat, covered, on high, 20–30 sec. Or, if you have extra time, line a Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner. Place wraps seam-side down on pan and toast for 10 min in 350° F oven.
