Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • Sea Salt, freshly ground, to taste
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine egg and water.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Place in a Rectangular Steamer and press down to pack lightly.
  3. Cover with lid and microwave on high for 9–10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then turn out of steamer and slice.
