Easy Tomato Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 (10" x 10") pre-rolled sheet of puff pastry
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 recipe prepared Paris Bistro Sauce, or sauce of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. On a Sheet Pan, lay out puff pastry. Cover with layers of sliced tomato and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry puffs up and browns at the edges.
  4. Garnish with mixed greens and drizzle with sauce.
