This is Greek fast food at its best! Use the Multipurpose Steamer to mix and microwave the chicken. Food cooks faster, stays juicer and there’s minimal mess to clean up!
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken or pork tenderloin
2 bell peppers
2 tbsp Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning or Donair Seasoning
1⁄2 English cucumber
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
4 pitas, warmed
Preparation
Thinly slice chicken and peppers. Place in a Multipurpose Steamer; stir in seasoning. Cover and microwave on high for 3−5 min.
Meanwhile, grate cucumber; wrap in kitchen towel and squeeze out excess liquid.
In a bowl, stir together cucumber, yogurt, and dip mix.
Spread sauce over warm pitas and top with chicken mixture.
