Easy Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 can (14 oz /398 ml) crushed tomatoes

  • 4 cups Nourish Broth, or Vegetable Broth, prepared

  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 2 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • sour cream for garnish, optional

Instructions
  • In Multipurpose Pot, whisk together tomatoes, Nourish Broth, and Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix.

  • Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Season with Salt and Pepper. If desired, garnish with a dollop of sour cream and serve immediately.
