Easy Roasted Artichoke Hearts 

Let’s talk about a little secret that will make your life easier and save you some moolah—canned artichoke hearts! Not only are they super convenient, but they’re also more cost-effective compared to buying fresh. And artichokes aren’t just a pretty face. Heart-healthy, full of fibre, and loaded with vitamins? Ingredients
  • 1 can (14 oz/ 398 ml) quartered artichoke hearts 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix or Greek Dressing Mix

  • 14 cup Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.

  • Drain artichokes and pat dry with paper towel. Arrange on pan.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dip mix. Gently toss to coat.

  • Roast on bottom rack 20 min, or until lightly browned.

  • If desired, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and roast for an additional 5 min.
