Easy Roast Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  • 2 - 2 12 lbs (900 g - 1.1 kg) boneless turkey breast

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 pkg Roast Turkey Seasoning

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.

  • Using a basting brush, brush turkey breast with olive oil, and Seasoning.

  • Roast for 45 minutes.

  • Cook until the temperature of the thickest part of the breast is at least 170° F (77° C). Remove the turkey from the oven. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before carving and serving.
