Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 tbsp oil, + extra for brushing
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Place Waffle Mold on Sheet Pan and generously oil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk mix with egg, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Let batter rest 5 min; it will continue to thicken.
  4. Divide batter evenly between molds. Smooth tops as best you can. Bake for 13—15 min or until tops are golden.
  5. When cool to the touch, flip pan and gently remove waffles. Add toppings, if desired.
