Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 12 cup grated low-fat cheese
  • 5 eggs, whisked
  • Sea Salt, to taste, optional
  • Black Pepper, to taste, optional

Preparation

  1. Place bell pepper in a Square Steamer. Cover and microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Add Fajita Seasoning and cheese. Top with eggs. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and microwave for 4 minutes.
