Easy Chef's Salad

Ingredients
  • 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce

  • 6 slices ham, cut in strips

  • 4 eggs, hardboiled, cut in wedges

  • 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded

  • 1 recipe prepared Caesar Dressing, or your choice

  • 2 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix

  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 14 cup olive oil

  • 14 cup milk, your choice

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves, optional

Instructions
  • Divide lettuce between salad plates.

  • Top each salad with ham, egg wedge and tomatoes.

  • Divide cheddar cheese over each salad. Drizzle with Salad Dressing.
