The avocados in guacamole are an excellent source of monounsaturated fats.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (4 oz/120 g) light tuna
  • 12 cup Creamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
  • 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 12 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 4 whole-wheat pitas or tortillas
  • 34 cup low-fat marble cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205 °C).
  2. Combine tuna, Guacamole Dip and apple in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place pitas or tortillas on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with tuna mixture and cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese melts and pita is crisp. Serve warm.
